Trying to find a technician with your knowledge and methodology local to me in the UK, most seem to want to get the vehicle in and out as quickly as possible whether that addresses the issue or not, so thanks for the great video it gives me a starting point 👍

in my 2016 m Benz Sprinter 2500 2.1 Diesel engine I have accident and both air bags were deployed I put new ones already . I replace air bag module also an I put new pyrofuse the one in top in the battery but still have srs code b1330 . is any crash srs sensor some where ? I look for impact sensor in front of the van but there is not impact sensors on it . any help I really appreciate

I really appreciated .I had accident and both air bags deployed I already put new ones on it and I send my air bag module to repair they fix I put it back on but now I only have air bag system code b1330 electrical fuse pyrothecnical separator resistance to high .. . the fuse on the positive battery cable in top of the battery was blow out I get new one from Mercedes and installed new one I tough that was the air bag crash fuse but still the air bag code present is there any other fuse or crash sensor for the air bag system in any other place located ?. could you please tell me ?. I check in front of the van but I didn't found any crash sensor in front of the van. but both air bags were deployed .. . in the accident the adblue tank unit get dent the adblue tank was empty but I fill the adblue tank .. after I fill it up the adblue tank the van drove great. after 250 miles I get in dashboard start idle message .and now the van is in limp mode I have code p13e300 the number of possible engine start is limited due to a malfunction in the adblue system ....and I have this code too p152100 the starter was disabled by the exhaust aftertreament system .. please help me with any tips I really appreciate any help . i already clean the dpf after the regenerate of diesel particular filter I get message system is complete then I tried to reset the codes but their still present and the van still in limp mode . I really appreciated your help

Really appreciate what your sharing here , my 2006 sprinter has the p0299 issue . It had other problems that I believed caused the issue ...firstly the air intake (plastic part) of the inlet manifold had a crack ...this caused carb to build up everywhere I've changed EGR , o2 sensor an intake and gave deep clean to everything I could access. I still have the fault next I'll get a smoke test done however i think it'll pass okay after inspections. IMO now it's turbo / actuator fault it looks like the electronic actuator is missing possibly removed is that common practice ? Or a bodged job to sell? the turbo used to work fine

Excellent, thanks. I bought a Sprinter 313cdi 2.1L yesterday, and now notice it is is hissing on acceleration, producing a P0101 and P2BAC code on the OBD. I really don't know what is up with it, but from this video it has given me some hope. Do you have any idea based on those codes and the hissing? Greetings from Dublin, Ireland. J.

Hi Deo , i have a 2015 sprinter 2500 . i dont know nothing about these van. drove it about 800 miles since bout it . i have no check engine light but what i notice is that i did not add any DEF fluid to since bought it and every time tries to add DEF i find out the tank is full . any clue of what might be going on here ? thank you

Great video. I was hoping this was my issues. However I have the same code. P0299. I made a smoke tester but I could not find a leak. (I may need a better machine) I did a vacuum system test and it won’t hold vacuum. After testing each line it appears that mine is possibly from a faulty wastegate solenoid where some of the vacuum lines connect. Any experience with this? Thanks in advance.

Hi, I was wondering if you could help me out please. My van told me that my vehicle was only a half tank full of AdBlue, so I filled it to the top. After I done that, I still got a sign on my van saying “AdBlue system malfunction, Emergency mode in 415 mls”. What does this mean and how do I sort this out? Thank you 😊

If it goes into limp mode you're going to get cokeing on the DPF. If they're driving it around like this too much it's never going to get to operating temperature to burn the soot off of the DPF and also without the DEF working it could possibly foul the exhaust system faster because the oily diesel fuel is not burning properly.

Hi, sorry no offence, but I would use smoke machine first to see the leakage not by pressing the break in gear and accelerated you put wear to the transmission
