They may live close by and be very used to the beach. I lived on a quiet cul de sac in the Hollywood Hills and my 3 or 4 cats at the time would follow me down the street and wait for me when I went to visit a neighbor.

usually in unkown inviroments cats will stick to you like glue. now if its out side your front door yeah they mostlikely will run somewhere lol

1:36 She seems to check what her sister does now and if she goes for it. And I think she crossed her path on purpose to get her attention and then show her again. Very nice.

I love the way cats that swim all keep their tails above the surface for balance. Looks like a "dorsal fin".

@@magic3061 yes he was a once in a lifetime cat.. had him from 6 weeks old. Understood plain English, Rode the car, an RV, went to rock concerts (saw Clapton and Santana jamming) , pig roasts, partys, Sachs 5th Avenue, walking around in snow storms on the beach.... rooting around in the woods.. OMG I am tearing up.. really miss him.

Cats and dogs are a true blessing they join us on are journey thought life. Unfortunately they don't live as long as us. but we have the pleasure and the memories of the time we spent with them. Anybody who tries to undermined the relationship e.g its only a cat our its only a dog. well these people have never felt true love..

I've heard of the "doggy-paddle" but never the "kitty-paddle" before!😸😼 Neither of my cats would ever attempt to do this, it would be like "see ya!" 😂🤣

It's usually black cats for some reason...my black cat loved baths & always tried to get into my shower with me!

@@tiffanyvalencia8415 My uncle also has black cat and when my uncle jumped from deck to the water the cat jumped after him. That happened twice but for some reason the cat didn't do it again (probably too cold water or something). The cat also loves sauna (doesn't matter if it's heated or not).

I think this is the first time I've ever seen a domestic cat willingly take a swim. I think she does like it.

Adventure cats are the best! I had a male grey tiger cat named Alvin that would go anywhere, even to the vets, without a leash or carrier. Been to four other states and dozens and dozens of service calls working with me doing air conditioning. The love I've shared over the decades with my animals is by far the greatest gift this life has provided me.

I love all of this cats, like Nala who travels on bike with Dean, Simon another black cat who swims, travels and so on. I also love Bob, RV Kitties and Willow from VanCatMeow. Mostly black cats. Meow I love them all.

brings back memory's of a cat I had as a little boy , it also loved the water but hated getting its tail wet . it would always sit bolt upright whenever she was in the water

I like how she's kinda like "wut the hell did I just do?" and then after all the praise and seeing that her sister is having trouble she's like "This is how it's done!" from zero to expert in less than a minute all you need is someone beneath you in skill to show off to XD

Just awesome! I've had MANY, MANY cats over the years - feeding 24 right now - & never had a swimmer. Had 1 who loved to play with the water when the faucet was on but no swimmer. Thanks for sharing.
