I once met a male cat with significant pride. He was a stray cat .. a beautiful one I wished if I could bring him home with me but I was on the go and I couldn’t promise him something not certain since mom did not allow pets in the house. And I had a couple of tuna cans for my son, he wanted tuna pasta for dinner so figured at least I could offer this charming cat a meal. Lord knows when was his last meal. So I opened it as he sat a few feet away from me ignoring me completely like I’m not even there but I was certain ohh, he was watching me! Smart cats! I was a bit bothered though for I had to flip the content of tuna on the ground. I looked around for any bags or pieces of paper.. nothing of the sort, unfortunately. I apologized to him as I emptied the tuna fish can and walked away, turning every now and then to see if he accepted the treat. First turn.. not yet .. second turn .. nope, he did not even move his head .. third turn as I walked away a lot further .. he slowly walked to the meat and gently ate. 😞 I TRULY wished I could keep him. Such cat with pride. You do not meet the likes of him lots. 😒
