First saw these guys at Finnish fire festival in London in 2009, followed them for ages after that. Next saw them at female metal voices fest a few years later and told them I hoped they'd come back to the UK, sadly they never did. One of those brilliant underrated bands, still love them!

I for one (a first language English speaker) think that music in languages should be encouraged wherever possible. 1) we feel less like we're imposing our weird and impossible language onto other people 2) it preserves musical and linguistic variety 3) it avoids potentially embarrassing mistakes made with the English language (believe there are some). Suomi rocks!

@nivenheim It's a finno-ugric language. As Hungarian. But you're right, with other european languages Finnish has as much similarity as Japanese or Chinese has.

@Militaizi I would say swedish or some of the other scandinavian languages are more troll languages, but then again, I guess it depends on what you think of as a "troll language", a we bit hard considering there are not trolls around to ask :P

@SeekingEuphoria I like it too. Theres finnish bands singing in english and they kinda lose their uniqueness when they do that. I also imagine the songwriting has little more imagination in it when you write with your mothers language and know a lot more words and methaphors.

I dislike all these Mainstreampeople which listen to Equilibrium too. I only listen to mutch unknown Bands, you understand what i mean? Some songs from Equi. are very nice, but not all. I never say something about "trve". So you have to read befor writing too. And i dont care about your opinion about my english knowledge. (;
