2014 WKF world kata champion Kiyou Shimizu (Japan) performing the shito ryu karate kata Suparimpei at the Asian Karate Championships in Yokohama, Japan 2015. She placed 1st.

It is in all goju ryu, shotokan, shito ryu

The organization is the WKF (shotokan, shito-ryu, goju-ryu and wado-ryu), but the competitor herself is a shito-ryu stylist.

都是丹田氣不足夠、若果丹田氣足夠……哪在站立上、大叫一声、全身包括……頸部等不需要去配合地大力活動才……大叫一声、因為站如松、是不会容易被大風吹跌的！Understood.

As a martial artist for many decades I appreciate a good Kata when I see one. I have to say though, I find the Japanese habit of screaming out the name of the Kata a little annoying

The name scream actually counts toward the finally score. Our sensei always going about it (here in Japan)

Tu.tambien te diste.cuenta? Ella grita con la garganta .no.lo.sabe.o.no.ejecuta por voluntad?..el ki ai se da contrayendo el estómago..(los japoneses le llaman tándem) 2dedos abajo del hombligo. Por eso. Ki es fuerza interna sacada.al exterior....ai....es union. .kiai. union de la fuerza interna ke sale al exterior del cuerpo humano...
