hey man, I actually only ran it once lol. Been quite busy with other stuff, but I can tell you that the plastic center spur is a non-issue with 3s or even 4s. It runs super quiet! I try to take breaks every 5-7 mins to not overheat the spur (it's plastic after all). I have XR8 Plus + 4268 2600kv on it.

@beomon from what I gathered, the gear is made out of POM (a very heat resistant plastic), not really worried about heat. I bought the car a long time ago but I started the build just a few days ago hehehe. I have been busy with other projects. The thing I am worried about is the durability of the gears. I will run 1/8 system on it. I don't have 1/10 system for it. I will probably run it on 4s. The parts for this car are hard to get.

This is V2 :) I had to used the manual from V1 because it was not available for V2, and there were differences

@@beomon3449 oh nice. The box doesn't have the v2 mark. I didn't receive mine yet but I've seen the box of it as one of my friends just became a dealer of this brand here in Saudi so they sent him samples of all versions. That includes short course buggy and truggy (truggy is more of a stadium truck) v1 has carbon fiber shock towers and v2 has 7075 aluminum

@@yfellimban for the kit version (which is what I have) you could actually choose carbon or alloy towers. But they were a bit hard to communicate with so I just went in blind haha

@@beomon3449 it looks like an amazing car. Can't wait to receive mine. I have been into rc for a very long time. There are some companies that don't have the popularity as traxxas and arrma but ten times as good. KKPIT, Team magic and Hobao (my favorite). Holding KKPIT felt like my TLR 8ight 3.0.
