I think the real problem was the team was struggling with the curry system, replacements and rookies probably didn't sync well with curry which is why it leads to loses. This team is like amazing, but they need to sync well to play in the fullest.

With Steph and Wiggins out, there is space for reserve players to show and sync into the system. This means we have 2 benefits, Steph and Wigs can rest, and the team rooster is becoming more solid. Like Draymond always said, the regular season is the step for their squad to sync and find the rhytem, not to catch the 1st seeds on the playoffs. Yes winning is important, but to become a 6th seed and win the championship is still possible. Sync and fitness, is their key to winning the NBA, especially with the high number of trades which could breakdown the rooster every season.
