I've had this for a couple weeks now. I find I would prefer the head band to come down a little further on the forehead. Comparing it to my fiber metal roughneck, it doesn't sit as far down around the head. It is however, the most comfortable hard hat I've ever put on and I highly recommend it.

I turn on and off my hard hat light maybe a hundred times a day. The only light that I have found that you turn on and off without going through all of the different intensities is a Coast H-8 that costs 125 bucks. Well worth it though. I like the MSA V guard full brim best.

Hi man! Hell yeah another fantastic video, thanks ror the recommendation and review, a hard hat isn't something you wanna cheap out on, just like boots you wear them all the time, so it needs to be comfortable and safe ! I ve been eying the Milwaukee one, but this one seems even cooler ! Thanks alot dude.

I wanted to love this hard hat but ended up scrapping it. The hard hat was heavy and I felt it sat on top of my head, would much prefer the hat to sit lower. I did like the built in light mount, rechargeable light, padding, and the vents. But I found myself constantly adjusting it in windy areas to prevent it from blowing off which would give me headaches by the end of the day. If the hat sat lower, it wouldn't have been such a issue in my opinion.

That headliner looks extremely comfortable. I bought an msa fiberglass hard hat recently and the liner gets too cold in the winter and let’s sweat pour into your face in the summer. Although I usually wear a bandanna to keep the sweat out of my eyes in the summer anyway. Those vents are also real cool. I did not know you could close them so that’s definitely a plus! What part of Texas are you from? I used to live in San Antonio a couple years ago! Ended up coming back up to Tennessee for a job and been here since

@Shaun Frey. Did you adjust the suspension depth? Had to correct mine by 1 slot when I bought it. Best and most comfortable bucket I've had. Work in the Texas heat also.

I just bought this from Amazon for $48.00 and the Milwaukee version at Home Depot for $54.00. I’m wondering which one you like?

The design of the hard hat allows the head to sit too far back inside if the unit. Should you bump the back of the hat it will hit the back of your head potentially causing injury. Big design flaw. The headlamp is prone to breaking if it get bumped or the helmet is dropped. Still need a ton of work.

Totally incorrect. A C rated hard hat is rated for 2200 volts. More than sufficient for 90% of electricians. An E rated hard hat is rated for 20,000 volts. If your working on live electric you must have the proper PPE on anyway so change the hard hat.
