今天要教大家的是怎么做沙丁鱼蛋炒饭
就让沙丁鱼的香味儿飘满整个厨房吧
材料: Ingredients:
三碗 米饭 - 3 bowls of rice
罐头沙丁鱼 cans of sardines
少许 菜心 - dash of Choy sum
2 根葱 - 2 green onion
一条 红辣椒 - 1 red chili
3~ 4条 小辣椒 - 3~ 4 bird's eye chili (chili padi)
3~ 4粒 蒜米 - 3~ 4 pcs garlic
4~ 5粒 小葱头 - 4~ 5 pcs shallot
3~ 4粒 酸柑- 3~ 4 pcs Limes
少许鱼露 - dash of fish sauce
胡椒粉 - white pepper
2粒 鸡蛋 - 2 egg
3~ 4汤匙 油 - 3~4 tbsp Oil
1汤匙 蚝油 - 1tbsp oyster sauce
少许 黑酱油/老抽 - dash of black soy sauce
少许盐 - dash of salt
少许 糖 - dash of sugar
