Huge fan of cloth/nuss, but bell/laird just couldn’t play clean, errors sunk them in this match and let cloth play way more aggressive at the net

What a hurricane... I don't watch such matches as too many faults because of the wind... It s like playing ping-pong under a hurricane... Try and you will understand after...

Maybe I’m just seeing the angles wrong or I’m missing a rule, but a lot of the “overpasses” just looked like really tight sets and that Kloth was reaching over the net to make contact. Undoubtedly AUS beat themselves in this one with multiple errors, I’m just wondering how much over the sets really were 🤔

You don't want to set a ball so close to the net where the blocker can reach over and interfere with the hit. That happened a lot for Laird/Bell this match.
