Following Tasha’s career after we graduated college, I definitely thought she “had it all.” We never know what folks are going through. Thank you for openly sharing your story and for your music! Eager to hear you on the KLove cruise 💖

Tasha, your testimonies are very special to me, and gives me hope that my daughter will leave the path she is on, and find her way from Oregon to Illinois here. Cathy is seeking “truth” in New Age and witchcraft. She is rejecting God and needs salvation. Please pray for Cathy 🙏🏻 thank you ❤

Wow, Thank you Carlos and Thank Tasha Layton. My respects to you both! I love Tasha Layton's songs. I have been sending a friend of mine songs by Tasha Layton. She's been going through a really difficult time since losing a close family member of hers. He was not saved and neither is she to the best of my knowledge she has never accepted Christ as her Lord and Savior. She is almost like my family. We've known each other forever. And grew up together. She's a year almost 2 years younger than me. I've always tried to help her stop and let/allow God to catch her. Stop running away. I use to invite her to the young peoples meetings and outings when we were growing up. And she was always offered a Bible but would always turn it down. There have been times that I have thought to give up on her. I'm ashamed to admit and say that. But, I don't nor did I mean it. Her and I are quite opposite from one another. Her dad use to say to me to keep her out of trouble. And I tried but when one has a mind to do something I cannot prevent them from doing it. But, I always tried too. When we first met we were in Elementary school at recess and I always sat on this cement wall above the bench and waited for recess to be over. One day while I was sitting on that wall, she and some other girls were playing a game called 4 Square and the ball got away from them and came up behind me. And she came over and apologized for the ball almost hitting me and asked if I could reach the ball and give it to her. So, I did and then she asked me if I would like to play with them. (At first when she came towards me I didn't know what to expect. My first thought was she was either going to start to pick on me, or beat me up.) That's what usually happened. But, no she didn't and from that time on we became friends. And she lived across and down the street from me on the same block.

I have been walking through a treacherous path for about 6 years. God has been trying to get my attention for a lot longer than that. One day about 7 years ago God said "enough is enough" and I made some changes that were absolutely necessary for my children (all 6 of them) and I to keep living/stay alive. I grew up in a Christian home and one would have thought I knew better. For many more years, than just the last 7, I kept trying to put God in the box of my life and He said to me many times "no..." For many years I struggled to understand why God wouldn't just fix things. I mean, He could have been glorified in the fixing. But, instead, He has taken me down a different path. The path has been straight and it has been quite narrow. I'm sure someday we might look back and go "wow! God did this so this could happen". The thing we're most looking forward to is God receiving the glory for which we have been walking. There is lots we don't understand - but we have also learned we don't always need to understand - God does; God knows and His plans are better than we can ever think or imagine. Blessings to you Tasha! Praise God that He never let you go - even when you needed to! 💚

Great interview. Like a prodigal son, she went out and try other ways, religions, then realized Jesus is the truth, the way and the life. As human we are fallen, we are so taken by sight and emotions. But God said in 2 Corinthians 5. "For we live by faith not by sight." So we need to focus on the unseen eternal Lord (his scripture, the Living Words), not on temporary passing things we see in the visible world that is contrary to the Word of God. Basically, if I live by how I feel and see and touch that is material and carnal, it drags you away from the living God. If you live by faith, focus, in the eternal God first above all, he then gives us the material and good things of the world to sustain us and help us navigate through this temporary life of trials, adversities and challenges.

I was listening to her song never which I I love but unfortunately listening to that this is all that came to mind. Well I'm completely brol ken and have been for a while. However instead of ever I feel the never in the song doesn't make sense to me. I feel always forgotten, always forsaken abandoned and always completely alone. I have no friends left I don't know how but over the last 12-14 years i managed to lose them all or push them all away to the point where I can't even think of reaching out to any of them. I am.ve no family left my father died in 2017 and my mom died last year. I used to talk to God all the time it was great. That was a long long time ago. With all the laws and destruction and pain year after year getting worse set and worse and worse and worse every single day. I have no more hope left I have no faith left and obviously know no belief left. Just basically going through the motions waiting to die. I do the same thing everyday go to work at the same time go home around the same time eat it pretty much the same places get food at the same places everything is monotonous. There's never anything new never anything different I just don't care about anything anymore including myself. I love her to change but I just know it's not going to. I am 56 years old in May if I'm still here 57. It's like loneliness is my condition and death is my hope so at least the pain will be done. Hopefully there's something after that at this point I just don't think so. I wish I could believe again I wish I could feel like she does when she sings this song but those days are pretty much gone nothing surprises me anymore nothing makes a difference I have no feelings towards anything or anyone. I just wanted to be done already I don't think that's too much to ask although it might be. Well see.

Hi…I know I don’t know what you’ve been through but wanted you to know someone heard you.. I may not have the right words for you but please I just want you to know you are seen, known and loved by Jesus. Please don’t throw your life away! You are a precious gift! If you used to talk to Him and accepted Jesus as savior of your soul you are sealed and no distance can ever tear Him away( I’m so sorry for what your going through) He is there, He is truly closer than your next breath or heart beat- He promises He will never leave you nor forsake you and He will never stop loving you( His love isn’t based on works, it just is a solid fact- He just loves you because He made you and you are His beloved child and if your not saved He still loves you just as much He left the 99 sheep to find the one) I pray God hugs you and brings you peace and light- Don’t ever give up- His word the Bible is the only truth we can trust in this world and if you read it and ask God to revel truth to you He will- He loves you… He has wonderful plans for you, He’s not finished with your story- Satan is trying to steal your joy, life etc- God won’t ever stop fighting! Take care please 🙏 ❤️💕❤️ I pray you feel His peace surround you
