It's not like some countries that don't have their own culture and think only of stealing from Thai people. without developing it yourself. Yes, some things in our culture come from your country. But that doesn't mean it's all yours. Thai people work very hard researching our history and culture. And then you easily stole it by telling the whole world that it was yours. Thanks to your Bharat (India) culture for formulation to our Thai (Siam) during at least 2,500 of years. We've always honored the original and respectfully adopted (mixed with) without any claim to be own own. We have always known the root of ours ( settlement, ethnic, food, costume, architect, music, dance, language, cult and etc) and always mention them.

@@KritSecretYou’re kidding right? You Cambodians always hate on us and our culture saying we “stole” or “copied” you. Did you forget who taught you the arts when your ruler fled to our country after the fall of the Khmer empire and asked Thai dancers to teach you our dances because your art and culture was lost? Maybe reread some history books. Although Siam used to be part of the Khmer empire in the past, we have differentiated our culture from yours. Instead of creating negativity, try to respect other’s cultures, arts, and history. You don’t see Thai and Laos people hating on each other despite speaking similar languages and their alphabet being similar to ours. As for this song and choreography as well as the music and handmade outfits, it was created and developed by the Thai students at Khon Kaen University. Give them credit.

⁠@@sochettrachou6230Cambodia existed as the Khmer empire which included today’s regions of Thailand (back then called Siam) and Laos as wells as other parts of SEA. We were never part of “Cambodia,” we settled as our own nation after the fall of the Khmer Empire which is different. A lot of our culture was influenced by Indians. The word “Siam” derived from the Sanskrit word: syama, meaning dark or brown of the native people. We were not a group that originated from China, those people are called Hmongs and Miens which reside in parts of Thailand but do not have their own country. True Siamese came from Mons which closely related more to Myanmar than the Tai from China. Learn your history, and stop disrespecting other countries, brother.

It is not Khmer. Because DNA of Khmer is same as African, Khmer people have no Ancient Mon DNA but Thai people have Ancient Mon DNA almost in SEA that closely with India.

โชว์ชุดนี้คือมาสเตอร์พีซเลย ดีไปหมด ทั้งเพลง ชุด ท่ารำ และดำเนินเรื่อง แสงสีเสียง แต่ที่สุดยกให้ท่ารำ ท่ายากมาก 😂😂😂 เขมรเคลมยากหน่อยงานนี้ ต้องใช้เวลาแกะท่านานซักพัก 🤣🤣🤣

The animosity towards the Khmer people is truly regrettable. Thai ancestors migrated from China to settle in the region that is now Thailand, which was originally Khmer territory. The Khmer people, known for their darker skin, are historically connected to the Pallava dynasty of South India and the ancient Khmer kingdom. Khmer culture was deeply influenced by Hinduism and Buddhism. The royal marriage between the two kingdoms symbolized the unity between these cultures. It's important to recognize that much of the art and culture often attributed to Indian influence was actually transmitted through the Khmer, who had already integrated many Indian elements into their own culture. Thai people with Khmer DNA are descendants of those who were colonized. Due to past societal racism, Khmer descendants in Thailand were compelled to learn only Thai and were taught that their heritage was purely Thai, not Khmer. Genetic studies show that people in Thailand have a mixed ancestry, including significant Khmer DNA, while Thai-Chinese individuals have more Chinese, Vietnamese, and sometimes Mongolian heritage. We must acknowledge that when people migrate to a new country, they assimilate into the local culture. This is what the Thai did when they came into Khmer lands, and it is also how modern Chinese have assimilated into Thai society. This is similar to how Asian immigrants in Europe assimilate into local cultures, celebrating local holidays, learning the local language, and sometimes losing touch with their native traditions. We should be mindful and understanding of our shared roots and cultural heritage. Recognizing and respecting this diversity can foster greater harmony and appreciation among different communities. ❤

This is a new Thai dance created by students at Khon Khaen university. The apsaras look like the Khmer apsaras at Angkorian temples in Cambodia and what is now Eastern Thailand. But the students studied the movements of Indian Bharatnatyam and other dances in order to emulate Indian dancers so that the dance could look more Indianized than the traditional Cambodian apsara dance. Truly Instrumental songs and dance moves which is copyrighted by Khon Kaen University, Thailand. It is normal for Cambodia to secretly claim every Thai culture as its own. It is claimed to be a culture from the walls of Angkor Wat, which is a special ability of Cambodians who can decipher the dance moves inside the walls and then come out and dance. By the Cambodian people themselves
