What gives you the best Bread , Stretch and Fold (Slap&Fold) or No-Kneading Method?
Is it a waste of time to put so much effort on making sourdough bread ? is there any major difference on the result ? should i stick to my quicker no knead bread or should i consider making it from slap&fold method ? in this video we are going to find it out together .
Recipe :
350G flour
255G water
7G salt
70G starter
both breads are 75% hydration 15% wholewhea .
