I was originally awarded 20% for Bilateral Osteoarthritis . I desperately need a follow-up examination for functional loss . My C&P Examiner Could see how much pain I was in with my medical file . He needs my 201 file . Over 600 static jumps , never fell out of a road march and maxed every PT test . My knees lock up sometimes when I sit for too long. I need a functional loss follow-up . Thank You !

I received one rating for my knees even though I had issues with all three areas you mentioned plus I had a menscus tear and currently recovering from surgery. I do not agree with my 10% rating. I filed a FOIA to get a copy of my C file to see how the C&P examiner filled out my DBQ. Thanks for the heads up. I felt something wasn't right.

Very complicated. I have a service connected right knee injury that consists of edema and osteoarthritis inflammation. My right knee freezes stiff when I stand up/down from a daily 4 1/2 hour round trip per day. I submitted two nexus letters from license Doctors for my left knee secondary to right. Osteoarthritis, edema, bakers cyst, etc; they VA will see me for C&P exam this Friday. Overall It has taken 38 years to be awarded disability. Please tell the guys to get copies of there service medical records and civilian. God bless keep up the good work. Semper Fi

i was an airborne forward ovserver. my legs (knees and ankles) are shot now. pop all the time random weakness just annoying at night cant fall asleep cause i have the sensation to pop my ankles over and over. i have no paper trail so i cant even do a claim on it and ive been out of service 2 years now so. feels badman

Will one DPQ cover all knee conditions in one submission? Do you have to list separate diagnostic codes on claim or will they see symptoms of DPQ and award?

Is their anyone here in the comment section that had any procedures done on an ankle while being on Active Duty I had suffered an ankle inversion while on base was rushed to a civilian hospital in an 🚑 in 2008 just my first year on Active duty went through physical therapy on base for about 6 months tested for range of motion, pain and was on percocet. I was able to keep that burning desire to complete my Active Duty contract now that I'm a veteran after being honorably discharged in 2011 my ankle hurts in 2019 my condition worsened over time now my question is what's the procedure to get this claim submitted to the VA I have a VA Member ID Card and visit the VA just got diagnosed with obstructive sleep apnea was issued a CPAP machine at the VA hospital but I want to submit my in-service ankle claim first since it's the more logical claim with evidence thats linked to my in service years?

Man the c and p quack I had says oh so your having a good day huh... Get on the bench can't have a good day... He spent 20 mins poking and prodding my knee when it was successfully pissed off he did the exam... Said it would only go to 20% extension and 85%retraction then he pulls out a tape measure measures my cane arm and my 2 calves he says I have over 1 inch of atrophy in my bad leg... And my knee gives out on me about twice a week... What does this mean he kinda freaked me out...any ideas? Thanks.

Is he saying extension is going up and flexion is going back because he keep mixing them up.

But where can you get a DBQ for knees with a current date? I got low balled 10% for both knees.
