मेरी सर्जरी को 5 वीक हुए है और जो आपकी मम्मी का एक्सपीरियंस है वही अब तक हमारा भी है ! हम 1 वीक पहले से स्टिक भी छोड़ चुके है ! बहुत सुंदर बात बोली मम्मी ने के 5 या 7 साल वेट कर के करवाने से अच्छा टाइम पर ही करवा लो बाकी का जीवन आसान हो जाता है, हमे भी यही समझाया था सभी ने! आपकी मम्मी 101%ठीक हो जल्दी यही दुआ करते है जी❤

My story similar like u. No pain same day of surgery send home and very slowly I came in my room 15 stairs. Then after 10days I try to go down stairs. But u looks very young I am older than u. I am in USA. I want to share one thing u said u do exercise only half an hour. But my physiotherapist recommended three times a day and three times icing after exercise.
