Patellar Tendinopathy (Jumper’s Knee) - 0:00
Partial Patellar Tendon Tear - 7:35
Complete Patellar Tendon Tear (Rupture) - 7:53
Patellar Tendinopathy:
Usually occurs in sports players
Thickened patellar tendon
Hypoechoic areas within the tendon
Hyperechoic Hoffa’s Fat Pad
Disruption of normal fibrillar pattern (tear) in chronic cases
