No vas a aprender a velocidad normal... Ni siquiera en boxeo lanzas puñetazos rapidos al comienzo.... Eso lo haces con tiempo y práctica, y aún así seguro que discrepas. Así que te daré una solución perfecta, acercate a un dojo donde practiquen este estilo y una vez allí, te acerques al maestro y le propongas un reto, intenta apuñalarlo tu mismo y experimenta lo que pasa cuando llevas la situación a tiempo real... Pero calienta las extremidades primero, te va a venir bien para evitar lesiones, suerte y un saludo.

Sanja, the exercise is slow, because someone gets very hurt very fast, when it done fast. Doing slowly, gets the exact body movements into the subconscious the quickest.

Systema is wonderful, but today too many school and too much healthy not for self-défense. How to work cardio?

it's different way but the breathing and also body conditioning exercises create excellent cardio. there's gentle work but before that, at least in the classes ive been in, there was lots of squats, push ups, all sorts of conditioning, done with emphasis on breath.
