That steel must be super hard if it was used as a file, probably was extremely hard to work with too.

Superbe, c'est un très beau couteau, imposant et solide, je m'en servirai comme couteau de travail, ou pour du bush kraft ce serai parfait. Le micarta jean est top, et que tu laisse les stries de la lime sur la tranche c'est super, où à tu trouvé une lime si large et épaisse ? J'attends ta prochaine vidéo. FABIEN 🗡🗡🗡

Drilling thru the handle of something that thick and long without a clamp is really asking for an unfortunate accident to happen..it takes no extra time to be safe..everything in a drill press or mill should be clamped 100% of the time period..speed looked to be a little fast too..but being a mill the DC motor for the spindle probably wouldn't have the torque to drill it slowly vs an AC motor with lots of torque at low speed on a drill press..its always better to use the drill press for drilling processes vs a milling machine..using the right tool for the job is safer and better on tool longevity..
