Those 5" make awesome pocket pliers. Open up plenty big enough for water hose connections. I use them way more than I thought I would when I first stuck them in my pocket. The larger ones do get a tighter grip but these fit so many places other tools won't, get a great grip that's better than my old channel locks for sure. Overall a great size & more useful than I ever thought they might be.

I find the 7" and 10" most useful for what I tend to use them for. I could see the smaller ones for an EDC use though!

@@SomeGuysGarage yes, the bigger ones do grip better as they'll grip without squeezing by pressing the back of the handle unlike the small ones I have but the smaller ones do grip extremely well anything up to a water hose size and is a better grip than most these imitation channel locks people are given in many maintenance jobs. A 5" knipex cobra grips better than a 10" standard cheap channel lock plier. I do like the 7" better though probably but it depends on what you want to carry. They are all nice, slim, and light. Those leg pen pockets on work pants will carry the 7" very nicely and if that's all I wore I'd definitely go 7" but I also carry them with my wallet together in my front pocket with blue jeans.

Soooo, rename the Pliers Wrench to the Hawk's? Alternates I had were Toucan's (they have the same beak) or the Platypus because of the long flat duck bill :)

They need an “alligator” version of the pliers wrench. I keep bugging their support about it, but nothing yet. Hate the buttons but like the parallel jaws.

I work on high pressure hoses and use two 250 pliers wrenches as my most used tools. Wish there was a button-less version besides the little edc version.

Oh, ya, I would be all over that if they made such a thing...given how little jaw movement you get on pliers wrench they probably need the fine adjust of the button style?
