I remember when I was a young mother I would go with my friend to the yarn store. She knitted alot. I didn't know how bur I loved the feel and the smell of yarn and I would buy lots of skeins. Never did anything with them but loved buying it. So silly. I know how to crochet now but rarely do it. Your purchases reminded me of those days with my friend at the yarn shop

Hello Carolyn, I can identify with you on the yarn and wanting to have lots of it. Im not a good knitter by any means, but I do love yarn. I have fads on crochet and will make lots and then go on to something else. Having lots of hobbies means I dont get bored thank goodness. It is lovely to see you here and thanks for your support. The sweater is a bit of a pain. Think the pattern may be off. I hate that when I have to try to solve a problem with a pattern. I feel a bit overwhelmed at the minute Karla, too many projects on the go, yet again. xx
