Nintendogs is a game that every 90's kid remembers getting instead of the dog the actually wanted. The zoomers don't understand this struggle, so I found Little Friends: Dogs & Cats. A poor mans version of Nintendogs that is way worse than you think.

Never played Nintendogs... My parents didn't buy me nintendo games often, but when they did, I cherished the games I got. Should I get it? I am now an adult so I can buy my own games.

There's also the 3DS versions of nintendogs that have cats, tho otherwise they aren't too different

no joke used to have a physical copy of this game. Ive since sold it lmao. I was such a Nintendogs fan as a kid n had like 2 switch games that i was like yeah why not its free to preorder. My ordered copy was the only copy in the store I went to and I have never seen a physical copy anywhere in my tiny province since. I might have sold the worst switch collectors piece.

And how much did rip off Nintendogs cost? Cause I've seen better graphics on the petz games on the DS, and Petz Dogz Pack and the Cat version of it, were in some ways one step below Nintendogs but also one step above it (It was one step below because Nintendogs looked better but Petz DOg pack or whatever had you being able to breed your dogs and cats in the catz pack verison.

I never got to play it but I played Petz with cats and hamsters. It was weird and i didn't like it. Do they still make Nintendogs and Ds systems? I don't have my system anymore because my brother sold it and my games too
