It is owned by Gray Television alongside low-power dual CW+/MyNetworkTV affiliate KCWL-LD (channel 40, also licensed to Monroe). KNOE-TV's studios are located on Oliver Road north of Louisville Avenue in Monroe, and its transmitter is located north of Columbia off Seay Road near LA 847.
