Nah, I smash one giant meal a day and am truly in the best shape of my life at 36. I’ve never been more clear headed and mobile. The fasting part truly means NOTHING. I was never gonna out exercise how I was eating before I started fasting. That shit put me face to face with all my bad eating habits. Straight up, this is gonna sound corny, but fasting’s my edge - I woulda ended up with either a very short future, or one filled with medical complications and doctor visits if I let my bad consumption get the best of me. As bonus, I straight up mosh better and longer thanks to fasting sooo 🤷🏽‍♂️🤷🏽‍♂️🤷🏽‍♂️
