Zloty is pronounced like zwattie, the l is pronounced like a w. W's in Polish are pronounced like v, so in Polish the city is pronounced like krakoff.

My grandmother was from there. But my husband lost family there. I could never go as I get too emotional.

@@trishg5820 so sorry for your family’s loss 😞 it’s super understandable. The guide told us that many people visit to look for their loved ones names and pictures 😭

@@TwinTravel03 You're so sweet. As I get older it seems to bother me more. I notice you go on some eclectic trips, Auschwitz, African safari & St Helens, OR (that vid lead to this one). I'm really sorry your trip here to St Helens wasn't want you wanted. It's safe to raise a family here but it should be labeled "safe and sedate". The kids keave as soon as high school's over so that says it all. Be safe on your travels, ok.
