Six years ago, I shared a video about a challenging roof job on a plaza, which I called "The Nasty" due to the extra liability and risks involved. At the time, I decided it wasn't worth pursuing the job because of the potential complications.
Now, in Part 2, revisiting "The Nasty" with a new perspective and approach. Thanks to my dedicated employee Seth, we got the job approved on insurance.
