Remember....Miranda rights are only used to suppress STATEMENTS if obtained unlawfully. It DOES NOT suppress actual EVIDENCE of a crime. Remember.

Yes, Always say to the Police you wish to remain silent, and then do so. Anytime you do have to say anything, let them know that you're going right back to remaining silent.

We are taught to respect law enforcement officers. They're the good guys. BULLSHIT ! Every encounter I've had with the good officers, they've lied their asses off. When he said, "You have the right to remain silent" I instantly lost the ability to do so.

I was robbed at gunpoint years ago. I gave the officers a description of the suspect. They ran out and grabbed the first dude they saw. He didn't even come close to my description. Only thing they had in common was skin color. I'm sure that man was minding his business taking a stroll down the street...you know upstanding...when the officers arrested him.

If someone is in the wrong place at the wrong time to no fault of their own, is poor, or is any color but white- and especially all 3 of these- the police will unfairly target them and TRY to convict them of stuff, no matter how good their record is!

Getting a ticket on the side of the road is not an arrest .....therefore Miranda doesn’t have to be read .....you get to leave and return to court if you desire
