Hi a.j. i like the podcast . Good one . It's deep lecture to talk about it . Because alot of people don't really know who they are . It takes time to know . We have to read alot of different books and travel and to discover our self. So i trying to find out who am i by reading and get through thigh s which is makes me better and i had work in many different places so i have alot of experience and acknowledge and i have knowledge but i need more and more so i decide to learn about yoga to bring peace and wisdom to my life .
