A couple weeks ago, I was 2 days away from hitting 180 days of SR. I relapsed with an ex gf. Relapsing sucks. I feel sick to my stomach. I'm on day 11 but not counting the days. I notice that a certain person in my life has been putting me down and tearing down my confidence.
