@@razee7869 its because as the host I have to entertain them every minute while they're stil there which is too exhausting also cleaning after their gone- the out of order place they left and that is very different to my plan laying around in my bed all day long. As a introvert I love some space and place that just mine and nobody elsw

My parents ask me why I have a nice house but don't host people. It's because the nice house is for my own enjoyment, that isn't particularly weird, IMO.

It is in fact particularly weird. For millennia people have hosted their friends, loved ones, and in many cultures, even travelers for a few days. It doesn't have to be all the time, but when your friends have *never* been over then yes, sorry, that is particularly weird and says a lot about a person's social skills or possibly indicates some level of embarrassment about one's living arrangements, in which case it is understandable. But if nothing is wrong with your living arrangements then it's weird to not bring over cherished ones at least once every other month.

Maybe it’s a cultural difference but not having close friends over seems weird to me. There are times we go to each other’s houses unnoticed. So in this aspect l relate to Shuhua and Minnie. I know they are close and they love each other but l would be very uncomfortable if l were never invited to my friends’ house. The girls are really nice and they don’t take it to heart. I wouldn’t be able to understand to be honest. They are really mature.

Maybe in Korea you can see it as a cultural thing. In my experience, many of the people around me believe that going to someone else's space without notice to be extremely disrespectful, no matter how close. I live in Canada and there are many different cultural backgrounds.

Personally, i don't like inviting friends either. i have different friend groups that consists of 3-10 people. I find it exhausting since I am the owner of the house, there's a pressure to be a good host. like feeding them, preparing the house and cleaning after they left. It's just too much work lol, I'm already tired from work, i don't have time and energy to do all of that 😅 I'm also an introvert and I feel like home is where I can only charge my social battery.

This comment section is so weird. Just because they set a healthy boundary with each other suddenly they're not family? Or that they are "just co-workers"? Do you guys even know IDLE? I've been a fan of them since pre-debut, have been here since the beginning. After all the shit they went through together, and some of y'all still don't think they're like family? Even after they have said themselves? Out of all the idols you accuse of lying about their kinship, it's IDLE??? You are at the wrong place. There's nothing wrong with being only co-workers, but there is something wrong when you invalidate someone's relationship with their friends just because you have your own personal unwanted opinion about it.

I almost always understand idols habits and little things about their personality. This was the first time i was kinda shocked by soyoun and heechul, like heechul doesnt even tell other suju memebrs where he lives and soyoen doesnt even want members to visit😢It’s absolutely fine but i dont really understand, dont u wanna show ur place to ur friends eat food have fun etc

I understand soyeon but at the same time i don't understand her 🤔🤔 like, as a person who doesn't like to go out i'd rather invite a friend over to do something, eat a pizza, watch a movie, but at the same time i don't like receiving random visits during my free time, i prefer to rest alone; maybe it's the same for her but also she prefers to do activities outside

Soyeon has the same aura and naturally fun vibe that Yoongi has. They seem so grounded and can come across as cold and absent but are super nice just introverted. I don't ship but those two would have been a very interesting pair.

Although they debuted on 2018 they were active doing busking and other things since cube didn’t have good debut songs for them. They were already announced as a group before Soyeon produced and wrote latata. Which is why you can go back and see some of their busking. Basically cube were giving them shitty songs the whole year before latata which prolonged their debut. Active just means you’ve been an official group.

They didn’t debut in the beginning of 2018. They debut in may which is like the middle of the year. So it hasn’t been 7 years yet. What seems to be the problem here 🤷🏽‍♀️😂😂😂

Exactly not every kpop group needs to be soo close like family or best friends. A little off topic but I think this is also one of the reasons for their success when you are too close with someone you get kinda hesitant to tell them their mistakes and when you do it can kinda get awkward too, of course we don't know their real life dynamics but from what I've seen they are kinda like co workers who are friendly with each other so they are not afraid to point out each others mistakes often
