Yeah, despite of all they're saying about his body, I envy him coz i dont have a talent in dancing... But that only proves that no matter what your size is, talent is a talent that nobody cant steal from you.. I admire Shindong very much not just a dancer but also a comedian and a great host..

I remember when he, Leeteuk and the dance machine Eunhyuk danced everywhere they went. it was so much fun.

Popularity will fade too,, but what's make them stay in the industry is also their skills and personality.

Exactlyyyyy, that's what I hope 3rd and 4th gen groups and newer fans remember (im a fan of a few of those groups so im not dissing them). The skills, personality, and wit is what elevates a group/person past just their own fandom bubble or kpop bubble into the wider entertainment industry (bc tbh they all sing/dance/visual etc, typical expected kpop package, that qualification is not unique anymore). Its what I love about SJ, that all the members have a staying power and entertainment skill that expands beyond kpop/music- theyre active outside and have established themselves as part of the wider entertainment circuit/industry as a whole.

@@Bom13 actually one SM judge said(in an interview) before that surgery isn't necessary in SM unless the idol themselves are willing to, the only aid they give at the start is skin care products and health management.

@@nine-chan1785 and you trust what these people say? Do you know how many lawsuits they've had with formers idols and actor? Maybe they don't force them but I'm pretty sure they strongly encourage surgery. I was watching snsd debut performances and half of their faces look totally different now, even though none of them were ugly to begin with smh.
