And "ddu du ddu du" after the chorus. *ICE CREAM FT. SELENA GOMEZ* On the last part Jisoo says "Ice Cream Ice Cream Ice Cream Chillin'' and "Ice Cream Ice Cream". *PRETTY SAVAGE* She says "Uh-uh Uh-huh Uh-huh U-huh" with Jennie. So i was watching him reacting to boombayah and he said about the booyah lyrics then i noticed the word oppa ,before even seeing his channel i was watching bts fan signing moments and a fan called one of the members oppa and i searched that up and that means .oppa means when a girl calls a older brother , which means like big brother and i was confused like. .oppa and the bombayah lyrics doesn't mix up but surely rhymes😁😁

It’s a simplified track. Never were truer words spoken. YG didn’t want this song as one of Blackpink’s debut tracks but the girls insisted. It won a bunch of awards and established them right out of the gate. 🔥

Boombayah & Whistle both are their debut songs . Boombayah was a bomb international while Whistle dominated korean charts . With 'Whistle' , BLACKPINK were the first group ever in kpop history to achieve PAK with their debut song . No one can take it from them until now 😎

@@farhanfmx In the case of Blackpink, Jennie is the main rapper while Lisa is the lead rapper. This means Jennie is more trained at rapping and should normally get more rap parts. Being lead is like second to being main. You aren’t as talented in that field as a main person in that field and you will get less lines then a main person

yaa~ it's really a smart move~ best of both worlds, we have a bit generic and familliar party club sounding in boombayah ("always works" formula) and we have that exotic and more calm-swag (risky-not in ur face song) this both debut songs just made sure their standing in music industry~~

You'll appreciate this... The Korean word for "Whistle" is Hwiparam, R's tend to be pronounced more like a D sound to the English ear. So in the hook the sort of emphasize the "Hwi" and then repeat the "Param" so saying the word whistle but also to an English ear almost sounds like they say "We Padam, padam, papdam." the whole hook just creates a nice sound for the ear to a diverse audience. I love the way many Korean writers have fun with language and play around with it in their music.

I love your reactions. I’ve heard all of Blackpinks song so many times and seen the videos 100 times over, and yet you always point out something I’ve missed. Listening Blackpink is like a journey. They are not afraid of experimenting on each genre, musicality or combining different lanes. Some said strange and some can't enjoy in the beginning but if Blackpink continues like this, *they will be a legend.* It reminds me of QUEEN when they release Bohemian Rhapsody, Another One Bites the Dust, We Are The Champions, Bicycle, Radio Gaga, etc.

Random fact about this music video: When Jisoo says “shh”, you can see a mole on her finger. The music video director/producer wanted to have it removed, edit it out. But Jisoo begged them not to, so they ended up keeping it in the video. 😂

Jennie is full backpage artist. She is so multitalented. She is main rapper one of the best female rapper, she is lead vocal, she has strong voice, she is lead dancer material, her dance so powerful, charismatic. On stage she is another person. In reality she is cute, lovely, sweet. She has the best charisma, facial expression and stage presence!

The video game thing in the start tells that they r being controlled by the people out there that's why if u see carefully the car that they r sitting in is continuously moving in round direction.
