She really does it all so well... it annoys me that he always says he forgets jennie raps too or thought it was “setting it up for Lisa to come in” at her rap part. How many times does it take for someone to understand that she’s the main rappers and a lead vocalist as well. I think I’m defensive bc everything she has been through so it really bothers me when people kinda dismiss her talent most of the time. He doesn’t get that she flow switches and raps with faster cadences, that her actual voice tone and the way she raps changes for the song vibe . Pretty much most blackpink iconic raps are jennie... so how is it that he forgets she raps... or is good at rapping lol I don’t get it.... and her vocals is the same... she changes her voice by song to fit the mood she’s going for which can make it hard to distinguish if you’re not really paying attention... she doesn’t sound the same on every track and that’s a choice. Like again in the beginning her voice is gorgeous right there... and honestly it’s always better live and this girl is laying on the floor singing which is WAY harder than you would... and that she stands up while singing that part is also more difficult than you’d think but she has to be able to control her stability which she does like a boss... her vocals get better and better all the time.. her voice is my fav and her natural tone is so smooth... but anyway so he was blown away by her vocals in the beginning and says “at first I couldn’t tell that this was jennie” and says something about this showing off her strength in her voice and tone... which is nice... but the fact that he said he didn’t know it was her... so again just sounds dismissive of everything she has worked for and been through hell doing it. Just hate people acting like she isn’t killing it... they all are... and they’ve all grown so much it’s crazy to see them all now ya know. Hopefully yg will let them give us more content instead of milking them dry in commercials to line his pockets

It was supposed to come out as a debut song (a double debut title track along side Boombayah). But Teddy let it go in the very last moments and chose Whistle instead because otherwise, their debut is gonna be dance edm music heavily based and wouldn’t have been able to show off their versatility.

This song leaked 3 years before it was released by some fans who were walking right next to YG building, and they listen some loud music and decided to record it. It’s not clear if Teddy produce the song for 3 years or they didn’t release the song and hold it for 3 years.

They came with impeccable dance synchronizations and uniquely beautiful BlackPink choreography. There are no mvs for both but you could watch/ react to their amazing dance practices or live performances on music shows .

Sad fact: they recorded this song before debut as a PINKPUNK with 5 members. But Miyeon just leave from the company and they don’t release this song and they changed their names to BLACKPINK. And they recorded again in 2018 because this song is just PERFECT.

Hey knox I quickly wanted to address what happened last Monday, cause as a kpop stan I felt very disappointed with the community . Of course l was also expecting a kpop reaction like always but when I looked at the comments and saw how people where reacting just because u didn't upload one, I was rly embarrassed. Pls remember that u are free to react to whatever you want whenever you want and it was rly disrespectful of everyone who blatantly hated on you for not uploading a kpop/blackpink reaction. Like of course people can ask why you didn't upload one and voice their requests in the comments but a lot of comments were just disrespectful and rude. So yeah I'm sorry that happened and I hope you won't feel forced to do more kpop reactions in the future because of this.

There’s an official dance practice performance for this song and it’s lit af. Also most of their live performances of this are really good. One of their best live performances when it comes to consistency!

One of my most favourite song of Blackpink. Itbhas nice beats that will really make you sing along and dance but also I think this is the song where they all have equal parts. I would hear more of Jisoo and Lisa singing compared to their other songs
