As someone who formerly watched some of your reactions its super awesome to see you reacting to Dimash. Not everyone will get it, but this guy is super special in ways that no dictionary could ever give you the words to describe. It isnt just the high notes, or the range, or even the control. If it was, he would be another flash in the pan and he wouldnt be going strong after about 7 years in the spotlight. Its the music. He breaks down any preconceived notions of how the world works and he is just a gateway into enlightenment. Forgive the waffle, but this guy is just so special and I don't think the world understands how much so. Hopefully one day, as Dimash tries to enter the Western mainstream, the world at large will understand the genius and artistry that goes into his music, even if it isnt 'their genre of music'. So happy you found Dimash! ARMY here... but love listening to Dimash. His talent is no joke, and his voice takes you somewhere else. It's not my favorite performance of this song as there's a lot of production. There are a couple of others where it's really just him, the band, a microphone, and that voice.

Aloha! Yes, Dimash is the greatest vocalist of Al time! No one has been or has yet been able to do what Dimash does! But another singer that comes close is Hua Chenyu; he is more up your alley. He is more a rapper-new age type who mashes genres together also. Jackdaw Boy, Great Sage Equal to Heaven, Bullfight, My Skateboard Shoes….to give you a variety of his musical talent. One of the best French songs in my opinion, mostly because I love the original singer’s discography. The title is ‘SOS d’un terrien en détresse’ which can roughly be translated to ‘SOS from an earthling in distress’ and it was written specifically with the requirement of 2.5 octaves because the singer that had to sing it had this kind of range. He was named Daniel Balavoine, and unfortunately, he only interpreted this song once in public (in 1985) since he died in a helicopter accident a few weeks later, though we still have the amazing studio version. Dimash definitely has a better range, and such an amazing voice, this song goes well with it, though I have to admit that he only sings it phonetically, and at first, being French, I was like ‘I don’t understand half of what he’s singing’ and it bugged me for a while, but that’s the past. It’s definitely a great interpretation. Hello from France!

OMG! So glad to see my fave reactor finally reacting to Dimash. He is arguably the greatest vocalist on the planet today (if not ever!!). This is a mere taste of what he can do. Try Stranger from New Wave 2021 for a better indication of his capabilities. The song is in English but he sings in multiple languages. He has been singing since the age of 5 and is finishing his doctorate in Musicology. He was offered a position in an opera house but chose to go independent. He sings in multiple genres: opera, pop, rock, r & b, traditional, classical, contemporary, rap while throwing in some musical theatre and heavy metal screams for good measure. The fans are called Dears (since we are dear to him like family). I have to listen to his voice every day at this point. I have never bothered ti belong to a fanbase before but I am a proud Dear and I recommend him to everyone. Dimash Kudaibergen, is a Kazakh singer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist. He is university-trained in classical as well as contemporary music, and is known for his exceptionally wide vocal range. He has performed songs in 13 languages. He was born in Kazakhstan, 1994. At the age of 5, he began to take piano and vocal lessons at the children's studio of the local music college and he first sang on stage the same year, at the age of five. At the age of 6 he won the national piano contest. Dimash may look small, but he is 6'3. He has 6 octaves and his whistle register can reportedly hit notes in the eighth octave. He plays 7 musical instruments: keyboard, piano, drums, guitar, marimba, bayan and dombra (Kazakh musical instrument). Also, his surname from Kazakh language "Kudai-bergen" means "God-given". Dimash is a great human being and a hard-working humble guy

There are many interesting facts we can give you about Dimash, but maybe you just need to enjoy his music for now, although if you carry on listening to him, you will no doubt very soon realize that there is something very different about him, and that’s where the person( the artist), and not simply the singer, will intrigue you, and once you actually start asking questions about him, we shall immediately comply ( us dears in our thousands will answer!😂😂). Ha ha Knox welcome to the best singer on the planet! I’m not even kidding, no one can match all he does! Please try Stranger next, it’s one if the keynote songs of his Stranger Tour, composed by Igor Krutoy especially for him, and it’s sung in English! I’ve been reveling in Dimash’s voice for over 5 years. Dimash is already an international superstar and also an independent artist, 29 years old, and has been extensively trained in music all his life. He sings in seven octaves+, sings in 15 languages and speaks Kazakh, Russian fluently and pretty good in English and has some Mandarin as well. He is now living in California as he’s about to become huge in the USA, mainly just reactors know of him now. Right now he’s visiting China for the Silk Road Production. He has amazing stage presence, is a great actor and you must watch his tour de force music video/ mini movie called The Story of One Sky. It took him 3 years to compose it,and he wrote the screenplay and acted and sang all the vocals except for some background chorale. It’s very emotionally moving and will probably change you on a personal level. His personal masterpiece and message to the world. After you see the MV then watch him perform it live at his concert in Almaty, Kazakhstan. Chef’s Kiss!

Knox, welcome to the ever-expanding international club of "Dears", the name Dimash has given to his fans. I do believe you have been Dimashified!!! lol I've known Dimash since February of 2017 and am still amazed by him, in relation to his massive talent and to his amazing character. Dimash is, truly, an older soul and has the ability to touch our souls, not just our hearts!!! I would recommend "Stranger", "Sinful Passion" and "Olympico". A little later, when you become accustomed to Dimash's voice, I would suggest "The Story of One Sky", a 16 minute film in which he wrote the script, composed the music and starred in. It's truly a masterpiece!!!! The man is a genius!!! Thanks for your response, Knox! You have a new sub!!!
