தண்ணீர்
எண்ணெய் (Buy: amzn.to/3KxgtsM)

செய்முறை
1. பாத்திரத்தில் பச்சரிசி, கொள்ளு, உளுத்தம் பருப்பு, வெந்தயம் சேர்த்து நன்கு கழுவி 4 மணிநேரம் ஊறவிடவும்.
2. பின்பு அவலை கழுவி அரைப்பதற்கு 30 நிமிடம் முன்பு ஊறவிடவும்.
3. பிறகு தோசை மாவு பதத்திற்கு அரைத்து உப்பு சேர்த்து கலந்து 8 மணிநேரம் புளிக்கவிடவும்.
4. பின்பு மாவை நன்கு கலந்துவிட்டு, தோசை கல்லில் எண்ணெய் தேய்த்து சிறிதளவு மாவை ஊற்றி தேய்க்கவும்.
5. பின்பு சுற்றிலும் நெய் ஊற்றி பொன்னிறமானதும் மறுபக்கம் திருப்பி விட்டு வேகவிடவும்.
6. கொள்ளு தோசை தயார்!
Horsegram is a superfood which provides a lot of health benefits. Including horsegram to diet proves beneficial for everybody from children to adults. However, there are a very few recipes which can be done with horsegram and enjoyed. But in this video, we have shown an easy way to include horsegrram into our regular diet. This is Horsegram Dosa. Dosa is the thin crepe commonly made in almost all the South Indian households. Adding horsegram to dosa makes it much more nutritious and you can kickstart your day with bustling energy. You can have this dosa with any chutney of your choice. So try this healthy horsegram dosa and let me know how it turned out for you guys in the comments section below.
