Koalas suck at life, they can only eat one kind of leaf, and they can't even digest them because they are toxic, they start life by eating crap, and they apparently have smooth brains, which are usually quite inferior to a creature with a wrinkled brain. All around it's amazing how these things are still alive.

What a magical, wondrous creature! It's heart warming to see men who are not afraid to show affection to vulnerable animals. Banjo is beautiful. One of the highlights of my life was getting to hold a koala at Australia Zoo. Their coat is not like fur, more dense and springy to the touch, like wool. He was so placid in my arms - I noticed the staff member who took him off and on tourists for photos, expressed poo from him between each cuddling session! Guess they didn't want to be stung with dry cleaning bills!

It breaks my heart with all the destruction of their homes, and the loss of life of all the wildlife that can’t escape. I just can’t comprehend what Australia is enduring. I pray for the skies open up and drench the forests. If I was younger I would be down there helping. Achyuth Thouta It’s at a wild life park. They rehabilitate animals, this one has been around many humans. So less ‘trained’ more so used to it. So yeah still a bit dangerous but far less than anything wild.

my aunt lives in australia and she said that koalas are running everywhere they can go and about 3 koalas ran to my aunts house and she helped them because she could not let them die but she was scared because she though they will attack her

They also have three fingers and two thumbs on each paw... they might look placid here, but they can be quite aggressive at times. It's sad that their natural environment is fast disappearing due to regional development. We didn't always love and protect the Koala....many years ago, they were hunted for their pelts...

Ohn I believe you... I was almost scratched by a koala. He was so aggressive and he was hangry. Fortunately Portugal has some invading aussie eucalyptus so these guys looked quite comfy! Still never try to make a kid touch a koala
