Trusof Youmans it has a really good bond with the shoe and is pretty durable I haven’t done tons of testing but my pair is a year old and isn’t damaged at all

Flash it for like 2-3 seconds but keep your hand moving do not hold it still or in the same spot for long at all it will burn it. And keep it on low/med level the highest setting will burn it almost instantly
