(2003) Kobe Bryant became the youngest player in history to reach the 10 000pt mark. Sick game winner waived off.
Missed some early Kobe plays. But the main stuff is here. Kobe made history in the 3rd on a fadeway jumper and received a loud standing ovation from the Staples Center sellout crowd.
He made a sick double pump reverse dunk on the baseline - one of his best of the season.
KB could have made one of his most memorable game winning shots ( a double clutch three while being fouled by Ron Artest)...but officials waived it off.
Just like Lakers annoucers said, it was a "terrible call".
Anyway, L.A still got the win at the buzzer thanks to Horry's shot at time expired.

Kobe by 2003 was the best player in the league. Dominating up to the year 2013 when he averaged 27 pts 6 assists and 7 rebounds but had his acl tear.

Man, I dont know where kobe ranks all time in greatness, but he has to be one of the most exciting players of all time, maybe top 5. His game is fun to watch, the way he eludes his defenders and makes impossible shots. I dont know about more exciting than a Magic Johnson, but he is probably more fun to watch than Wilt chamberlain or oscar robertson or jerry west. My opinion

What the fuck are you talking about? I'm not hating on Kobe but you can't tell me that a guy that's in his 13th year that didn't have any time off during the summer isn't tired. He's gonna play great but their are times that he gets worn out. 13 years of basketball is a lot of wear and tear on anyone.

Russell is the greatest defender to play the game by far. Reporters say he averaged 6-8blks a game. He also blocked with technique: he blocked the ball to his teammates instead of swatting it out of bounds. He has the most Defensive win shares of all time with 133.64(2nd place has 94.49). Russell finished top 10 in assists 4 times. He has 11 championships and two as a player-coach. He has a better case for G.O.A.T than Jordan or Karem.

Kobe's one of my favorites. But he was young in 2003, and if you notice he doesn't cheer after Hory makes that shot. He was still too upset from his basket not counting to cheer for another teammate to have some glory. Thankfully he grew a lot after 2003. Hahaha.

it was that there was foul before the shot. and they had a foul to give before it was free throws, he was practically in the motion of shooting when he was fouled and it should have been an and one yet a blown call.

djherok: yes I have seen Jordan play. both as a Bull & Wizard. and no that Raptor team was not ''that bad'' they WERE bad. Jordan's 69 point career high against the TOUGH Cleveland team was a better accomplishment than Bryant's 81 points against the Raptors. and if you think Bryant could have dropped 69 or more on that Cleveland team 19 years ago, than your mistaking
@djherok
@djherok 15 жыл бұрын

I wasn't talking about the 62 points in 3 quarters. Why did you change the topic to Kobe's 62-point game? Oh that's right, because you know that his 81 against the top ten worst ranked defense teams was a fluke right? Thanks for agreeing. I appreciate it, honestly.
