Dear Tutor, First of all, I would like to extend to you my heartfelt thanks for developing this free online tutorial. I have two questions about the KoboToolbox template (data collection form) preparation. 1. I want to create a question on the number of health extension workers (HEW). Next to this question, I have another question about their experience (number of years practicing their profession). So, the question about years of experience repeats itself the number of times we filled in the previous question. For instance, if you fill in 2 for the number of HEW, then the next question automatically asks me to fill in years of experience for two HEW or persons. How can I do this in KoboToolbox? 2. I want to create a question about in which zone the person lives. This question is multiple-choice single-answer question. The next question that follows from this question is in which district the person lives. This question is also a multiple-choice question but the choices are a list of all the districts in all zones. However, I want this question to display only districts of the zone selected in the previous question. How can I do this in KoboToolbox?
