Ciao, io ho un aspirapolvere della Folletto dal 2012 con tutti gli attrezzi. L'anno scorso ha iniziato a non funzionare bene e ho notato che il filtro è nero e non so come procurarmelo. Non so se è causa del filtro che non funziona ma è l'unico difetto che ho notato. Ora sto in Francia perché ho traslocato. Posso farmelo mandare fin qui, e secondo voi l'aspirapolvere può non funzionare bene a causa del filtro? Grazie

Buongiorno, potrebbe essere il filtro, ma essendo completamente nero potrebbe essersi anche danneggiato il motore. Normalmente i filtri vanno sostituiti ogni 6 mesi. Per esserne sicura sarebbe meglio mostrarlo ad un tecnico. Noi offriamo anche questo servizio, ma dovrebbe pagare lei le spese di spedizione nel caso, e dalla Francia sono un po' altine. Sarebbe sicuramente molto più conveniente per lei cercare un tecnico da quelle parti.
