for some reason the koch videos were uploaded in reverse order, so when you view them on autoplay you hear the story backwards. so basically if you click the arrow under the # of vids you'll have to click vids to the right of this one (as long as you can) to listen to this story in proper order: ENuN2R0je0k VxhxLgy8N2Y lB0eiZDR8Xs RBKXvAehfPY 2ApRWsZhnoA FALOXK2cZYY

We need to stop using fines as punishment to corporations. We need to jail the senior officers and board members. Stock holders are not immune as well, they are ultimately responsible for who works at the senior management level.

The people working for corporate industries are not accountable for the crimes they commit as corporations are given the same rights as individual people, and the people who make up the corporate interests hide behind the facade they have created. So corporations have all the rights and none of the responsibilities of individuals beyond the monetary considerations for which they claim the rights of individuals in the first place. A corporation is not a person to be punished.

The Koch brother should have to do a PERP WALK. Not a "hearing" in front of a senate panel where they are supposedly "shamed." Jail. A cell the same as any of us would get should happen. Sleeping on a top bunk with a stranger on the lower bunk and having to crap in front of everyone. That is what they deserve. For years...

Corporate personhood in action folks! An individual intentionally kills two teenagers, they (hopefully) go to prison for a long time to forever. A U.S. company kills two teenagers through willfull negligence and... they pay a fine...for an amount that doesn't even faze their growth or operations. All the rights, none of the responsibilities. The founders hopes for this country have been extinguished. This country isn't dying, its cold and stiff. Welcome to corporate oligarchy!

If a PERSON did what the Koch brother did, they would be IN JAIL.. FOR LIFE.. Now, some Republicans have said that CORPORATIONS ARE PEOPLE. SO am I to infer that since the Koch Brothers business is not jailed, that an individual person should be able to do exactly what Koch has done.. OH waittt.. corporations are only people WHEN it benefits them, and not in others. I will contribute money to the defense fund of the TRUE AMERICAN PATRIOT that terminates the Koch's with extreme prejudice!

@Ubertastic That would be wonderful, but unfortunately the people we elected to handle this sort of thing have been bought by the Koch brothers. In this country money lets you get away with anything. Sure they may have to pay some fines, but a 3 million dollar fine for them is like an over due library book fine for us. It sucks but it doesn't really put a dent in the bank.

@hellshade2 This is because the business is considered a person to the law itself, however this person cannot be jailed, only shut down and liquidated. The system is supposed to fine companies enough so they go bankrupt if they perform illegal activities. However this idea has been considered old fashioned now for 50 years and the fines have not been raised to meet company's financial abilities. Resulting in them paying fines whenever the cost for doing the right thing is too high.
