We just need to vote right until our savior comes and reforms these systems and institutions that are literally killing us cause social democracy is *obviously* desirable despite it's required imperialism, labor aristocracy, creeping tax increases on the domestic population, long term methodical undermining of the welfare state by the rich and powerful, sacrifice segment of the population that ends up working full time for benefits and still needing breadlines to scrape by, inevitably austerity, etc. Regardless of the fact that it leaves all of the capitalist relations and unequal power structures intact so that our job becomes the oh-so-dignified "work of Sisyphus" constantly rolling that stone of progress up that hill only to have it rolled back to the bottom by power and wealth, truly honorable labor for the lower classes. Who cares if it solves nothing and just tries to export as much of the misery to the third world as they import the comforts. Who cares if it's crumbling in Europe and Scandinavia and was smothered in the crib in the US because who cares if the New Deal was supposed to be much more but is a ghost of a shell of it's former self and who cares if all of the same contradictions, antagonisms and conflicts remain fully intact and all progress is slowly erroded by the ownership class that long ago fled and handed the tax burden to the rest of us while still finding ways to extract profit from our existence? What's the other options? Hitler? Stalin? Bernie? No, President Warran's (Rooseveltism-Hillaryism = Warranism!
