What is being added to the cell culture? Vero E6, Antibiotics etc? Is injection or intranasal infusion really demonstrating genuine communicable pathogenesis in vivo?

I agree that there are major limitations to what we can learn from these postulates, but they had a profound impact on our understanding when they were developed. Most of the cool stuff in this area has moved on to genomics work. You may find this interesting: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Molecular_Koch%27s_postulates

@@GrowGrayMatter Thanks Frank, respect to you for that. however genomics isn't proving the existence of viruses either I don't mind if you can prove viruses exist if you can I will shift my position however if I can demonstrate that your perspective does not validate the existence of viruses would you be willing to shift your position?

Chalo Charity kare the simplest answer is that it allows us to determine the causative agent of disease. It’s the way Robert Koch proved that Anthrax was caused by Bacillus anthracis, and it has been used to find the cause of countless diseases since then. Good luck on your project!!!
