Il suono potente e rasserenante dell'ensemble percussionistico giapponese Kodò ha esaltato per due sere il pubblico milanese al Teatro Dal Verme il 6 e 7 marzo 2012.
Ambasciatore della cultura del taiko (il tamburo giapponese) in tutto il mondo, in questo tour Kodò si fa anche portatore di un messaggio di ottimismo e speranza dopo i tragici avvenimenti che hanno colpito il Giappone giusto un anno fa. Le composizioni più recenti sono contenute nell'ultimo album Akatsuki (pubblicato nel 2011).

The audience at Milan's Dal Verme Theater was enchanted by the powerful and comforting sound of the Japanese percussionist ensemble Kodò. The ensemble played for the first time in Milan (Italy) on March 6th and 7th.
In the past 30 years, Kodò has been the ambassador of the taiko culture (taiko is the name of the Japanese drum). But this year, after the massive Tohoku 9.0 earthquake/tsunami which resulted in the Fukushima nuclear disaster on March 11 2011, Kodò also conveys a message of hope to the world.
