Na to, aby se to rozjelo na těch 250 a víc je ale potřeba minimálně tak 3-5 km dlouhý úsek bez překážejících vozidel, v této rychlosti jsou rovinky krátké a i velké táhlé zatáčky najednou malé a prudké, z té kamery to tak nevypadá, ale byl to už vážně fičák... 😁

Yes, the power is higher but torque much more bigger, because there is a big turbo which produced pressure around 3.1 bar in stock and this turbo is constructed for max power around 260 hp. Problem of the 1.8 TSI was limited torque to 250 Nm in stock and small low press turbo like at the low power 2.0 TSI (it was eco version with better consumption). Already had the VW 2.0 TSI with 320 hp and 420Nm, but this version with big turbo is not allowed for Octavia and the new Octavia RS 2.0 TSI is limited to 245 hp and 370 Nm. But in reality is the different bigger, because the top version of the 2.0 TSI in stock produced really something about 350 hp and 450 Nm. And the same is at this top single turbo 2.0 TDI version, which produced in stock and good conditions 220 hp and 440 Nm, therefore is so faster...

Plus I have a normal 2.0 TDI (150hp) which will get remapped in a while to 205hp and 454nm, will that provide performance at least as close as the one in this video, and will that car after remap be faster than the 1.8 TSI?

@@blacksparrow1818 Hi, in my other movie STOCK vs CHIP you can see different after medium remapping (+20%). 100-200 km/h is then question of 16 seconds. With maximum chip you can reach 260 hp and 520 Nm. Yes, is it faster then 1.8 TSI.

Yes, you can, but both have any + and - because power of this car is not so ridiculous so for normal fast travels on highway is 4x2 faster with better consumption and either for racing on big circuits is it enough, because from 3th gear you have on straights no wheel spin even if the engine is remapped for 500 Nm and 240 HP. But then the second side, at acceleration from 0 you can't use all engine power, always is coming wheel spin either on 2nd gear (that's mainly after remapping the ECU) and when is wet route, then I have wheel spin always either at 3th gear (remapped ECU - 500 Nm) and then when coming winter and snow... 4x4 will be better for traction in dirty and wet conditions, but on dry route and big racing circuits is slower with higher consumption, but 4x4 has a little bigger fuel tank, so the travelling range is similar or greater...

The GPS speed from this LAMAX HUD camera is very filtered and during accelerating, when the speed increased very fast, you see the real speed with big delay and you see the middle value from approximately last 10-30 seconds...

Ahoj, v tomto videu bylo auto v úplném 100%-ním originálu tak, jak jsem ho dostal z továrny, žádný chip motoru ani převodovky a originální letní 19" pneumatiky. To, že tento už více než 3 roky starý model tehdy jezdil tak rychle bylo dáno tím, že už od Škodovky z výroby byl tehdy motor naladěn o 10% silněji (440 Nm a 220 koní), má poháněnou jen přední nápravu, není to kombi a mělo z výroby úzké tvrdé úsporné pneumatiky Pirelli P7 Cinturato 225/40 R19. Když jsem ho později čipnul na 500 Nm a 240 koní, dál lepší brzdy a posunul omezovač max. rychlosti, tak jsme jednou s rodinkou v autě uháněli i rychlostí přes 273 km/h na rovině, ne z kopce, zrychlovalo by to ještě dál, ale víc jsem to už nezkoušel... Jezdíval jsem s ním i na okruhy a jakmile se tam nasadily širší lepivější sportovní pneumatiky, tak bylo úplně jedno, jak dlouhou mám před sebou dálnici, ale víc jak 240 to najednou nejeli a to jsem tam měl jenom jiné pneumatiky... Arteon je větší auto na větších širších pneumatikách, nevím jestli máte 4x4 a pravděpodobně z výroby dostal motor nastavený přesně na papírových 400 Nm a 200 koní, tak prostě bohužel nikdy nepojede tak rychle jako tato Octavie...

Už jsem to porovnával s 2.0 TDI 110 kW v Passatu 2019, neměl šanci, na 1. převod jen minimální rozdíl, od 2. převodu jsem mu už ujížděl a od 3. ještě víc... Taky jsem už potkal Octavii RS TDI 135 kW, při nájezdu na dálnici musel uhnout doprava a já pak jen projel okolo něj. Srovnání s Octavií 2.0 TSI 2019 bylo už horší, ale kupodivu jsem se ho pořád držel a ujet nedokázal. A srovnání s novým Golfem GTI 2021 i novou Octavií RS TSI 2021 ještě pořád není tak tragické, ale tito 2 v jakékoliv rychlosti prostě vždy jen pomalu ujíždějí, takže až si to nechám čipnout, tak se budu držet i těchto dvou... 🙂

@@martinmichalka To proto, že se zaměřili i na aerodynamický odpor, který se jim podařilo dobře zredukovat a dle údajů řídící jednotky tento motor dává už v originálním nastavení 162 kW a 440 Nm.

Yes, because this 2.0 TDI in stock produced not only 400 Nm, but up to 440 Nm, which you have untill 3600 rpm, but the BMW engine had only 400 Nm untill 2500 rpm. And max power at BMW is 140 kW at 4000 rpm, but at this 2.0 TDI from VW is the real max power up to 162 kW and power over 150 kW is between 3200 - 4400 rpm. So this 2.0 TDI from VW produced in stock more power from begining to end. And second reason is, that the BMW is about 100 kg more heavy...

@@hillstudio4241 exactly! I will try to give my bmw back! Because yesterday I had a little fast driving on German autobahn against a 150hp tdi skoda Limousine! I had no chance. I could hold up but I was never faster. Because the 150hp has 360nm or maybe a bit more and weight is less…this is so frustrating! I will do everything to get a RS model 😢

@@hillstudio4241 I will order it with these two options, if I can. Soundsystem and stiffness in fast corners and also traction is exceptional good with the bmw. The speed in long curves with around 2-235kmh is crazy. The car is extremely stiff. The look ofcourse and the infotainment is also great. But it has also really annoying breakingpedalfeeling because the system is not really good working. It does not break like a normal car, it feels really indirect and inconsistent; BMW knows about this but don’t care. Sometimes the breaking pedal jams and doesn’t want to move with my foot. It’s so annoying… the feeling while breaking is really bad. Never get a first generation g21 mild hybrid, it’s trash.

Los neumáticos importan mucho, cuando llevaba las semillantas anchas Extreme VR2 R7A, ¡mi velocidad máxima era de solo 240 km/h y la aceleración de 100-200 km/h era 3 segundos más larga! Probado en llano sin viento, cuesta abajo y con el viento de espaldas, todo siempre va más rápido :-)

4x4 na dálnici auto zpomaluje a pokud máte kombi, tak to také sráží maximálku a důležité jsou i pneumatiky, lepivé sportovní široké a méně foukané pneu dokážou na top speedu ubrat i 30 km/h... Moje vlastní zkušenost...

Yes, 3.1 bar it's true air pressure. Some people it mixes with boost pressure, which indicates, how much was the air pressure increased. So the turbo boost is here 2.1 bar.

I advice order the optional adaptive suspension, because I don't have it and on the 18" winter tires and 19" somer tires I feel each one small difference on the route. But stability in corners and on the straights is very good either in high speeds, but not so much in curves at top speed around 250-260 km/h, but this is not a racing car there is no downforce...

V takovém stavu jsem to auto dostal, už úplně od novoty z továrny bylo o 10% silnější, než mělo být, po 2,5 letech provozu mi tam ale toto léto v autorizovaném servisu nahráli aktualizaci i do řídící jednotky motoru, a ta způsobila oslabení na papírové hodnoty a bylo to fakt znát, tak jsem to nechal hned čipnout a mám tam teď krásných 500 Nm. 🙂

@@drabmatus během 1.roku jsem to měl čipnuté na 496 Nm, za chvíli bude mít 3 roky a 150 tisíc km, všechno stále v pohodě, i převodovka.

On the car display you can see, that it produced almost 440 Nm, displayed power is limited to 150 kW, but from current torque and rpm on the movie you can calculate, that the real top power was 162 kW, the car was from beginning about 10% stronger 🙂 but last week Škoda reflashed my engine ECU with some updates for some bug during standard oil change, and now is the car slower, now is limited exactly on paper values 147 kW and 400 Nm, I had the car chipped, so I go from peak 496 Nm on flat 400 Nm, now I feel big degradation 9f the power, so when I have time, I let the engine again chipped, but now not to +20% but now I try full chip to +30%... So next movie coming soon...

I think, that for diesel engine with only front wheel drive is 0-100 in 7 seconds a very nice time. There the front wheel drive limited the acceleration on first and second gear due not enough grip of the front tires...

@@8skyline7 No, I heard about many Octavia RS Combi 4x4, which are much slower on top speed and either in 100-200 km/h (20s instead of my 18s), where the engine produced in stock only 200 hp and 400 Nm, maybe due saving of 4x4 drive... My car already produced 171 kW and 495 Nm, so 100-200 did in 16 seconds, my top reached GPS speed was yet 273 km/h on straight street and 0-100 did in 6 seconds on good street, because is it only front wheel drive...

V tomto videu to bylo ještě v originálu, papírově má mít 200 koní, ale podle palubního počítače to dávalo až 220 koní.

Yes, but this is not combi, so in high speeds is faster, and I don't founded really straight highway at this part of Germany and I had not enough time for travel to other part. Later I will look on the GPS coordinations And then I tell you the angle of the street.

@@hillstudio4241 The Golf 8 GTD does 100-200 in about 20 seconds on GPS, hence why I said I think the measurement is a bit off.

@@ThenameisOskar Yes, I saw it, but this Octavia RS is Liftback => better aerodynamic, you can also found, that the official max. speed has Octavia RS Liftback higher (249) and then is here weather/wind, temperature and humidity, even small wind can did any difference and then angle of the route and last is shifting and gearbox/engine mode in current temperatures of miscellaneous parts of the engine... Of course, when these both cars will be at same time on same place in same conditions, the times will be similar, but in high speeds will be the Octavia RS Liftback slightly faster due the lower aerodynamic resistance...

Ona je taky otázka, zda se člověk díval na nárust tlaku oproti okolnímu tlaku vzduchu nebo na aktuální tlak vzduchu jdoucí do motoru. Běžně to dosahuje 3 barů, ale boost je vlastně jen 2 bary...

Pokud ti NÍZKOTLAKÉ turbo dává pouze 0.6 barů na manometru, tak je zcela evidentní, že je to nárust oproti okolnímu tlaku, protože běžné manometry mají svou nulu kalibrovanou na tlak okolního vzduchu, a tlak okolního vzduchu v běžné nadmořské výšce cca 200-300 m.n.m je cca 1 bar, takže tlak vzduchu jdoucího z tohoto nízkotlakého turba je vlastně 1,6 bar.

To, co ukazuje řídící jednotka, je tlak vzduchu jdoucí do motoru. Kdyby jste turbo zcela odpojili a škrtící klapka by byla zcela otevřená, tak by řídící jednotka vykazovala tlak vzduchu jdoucí do motoru cca okolo 1 baru (dle nadmořské výšky a polohy škrtící klapky)...

Ano, samozřejmě ale při mírném stoupání, horším počasí, protivětru, či naloženém autě s více lidmi (byl jsem sám s prázdným kufrem) a plnou nádrží a třeba i na málo nafoukaný z pneu nebo jiných než originálech, které by byly lepivějsi (já tam měl 225/40 R19 Pirelli Cinturato P7 foukané za studena na výrobcem předepsané téměř 3 bary), tak by to bylo samozřejmě horší. Já jsem si počkal na ideální podmínky pro dosažení co nejlepšího výsledku. A přispělo tomu i to, že mé auto už od výroby mělo 220 koní a 440 Nm (ale to měly zatím všechny nové Octavie RS TDI).

@@carchill7211 Však za chvíli zveřejním video Stock (+10%) vs chip 20 %. A 100 na 200 bylo za pouhých 16 vteřin s výkonem 233 koní ale až 495 Nm. V opačném směru na stejném úseku to šlo lehce pod 16. Auto bylo na originálních letních 19" pneu, nádrž na močovinu ukazovala dojezd 3000 km (takže téměř prázdná), nádrž na naftu, zrovna se rozsvítila rezerva (dojezd 100 km), nádrž do ostřikovačů, taky téměř vycucaná, z auta vybrány všechny osobní věci, a počkal jsem si na krásné slunečné ráno, to se vždy jede lépe. Měl jsem to v režimu sport a řadil jsem si sám o něco později, než by to udělal ten automat. Dále se nesmí zapomenout, že to není kombi a mám pouze přední náhon, takže je to lehčí a má to menší valivé i aerodynamické odpory. Nijak neklamu, jen ukazuji reálné schopnosti této verze 🙂, proto jsem nechtěl kombi s 4x4...

@@hillstudio4241 v pohode, jen jsem presvedcen ze tech 16 je nerealnych, natoz gps, ostatne jsem s touto dieslovou oktavkou asi tyden zpet zavodil 80-200 a zkratka v realnym svete bez sance (mam 2.0 tsi 206 kw, passat, jen 350 nm, 4x4, 300 kg tezsi auto) a to uz nemam turbo v top forme (najezd 233 tkm). Pocitove to ale musi jet hezky :)

@@carchill7211 tak 100-200 za 16 vteřin dává benzínové RS i bez chipu a to má 180 kW a 370 Nm. Tvých benzínových 206 kW bude mít oproti těm dieslovým 147 kW vždy hodně navrch, 200 nebo 300 koní je zkrátka obrovský rozdíl a menší točivý moment nevadí, protože benzín točí vyšší otáčky a jiné zpřevodování pak na kola dostane ve výsledku více výkonu

On this video is 100-200 around 19 seconds, top torque was either 439 Nm (so it is same like my car), acceleration from 0-100 was without traction problems and without launch control, so it was 4x4 version, which is in speeds over 50 km/h a little slower, and when it was combi, then is again a little slower. So the engines are same, but the cars are different: Liftback 4x2 vs Combi 4x4. And on my street was in place around 200 km/h the street angle -1% (a little downhill), then it was a little up and down, around 240 km/h was changing the street angle from +1% to -2% and around 265 km/h, where was the current power reduced by speed limiter abiut -60 kW, it was -4% (it's downhill when you can go on neutral 130 km/h with disabled engine) and then was changing the angle up to +1% and the car was still able keep the speed 264 km/h.

When I looked on it again, then I saw, that it was not 19 seconds, but 20 seconds. But the reason is easy: in description is, that this car has 1680 kg (combi 4x4), my car (Liftback 4x2) has only 1516 kg, also in the description is official max speed 238 km/h, my car has official max speed 249 km/h. The reason is easy, my version has lower aerodynamic resistance because is not combi, lower mechanical resistance because is only 4x2 and much less weight (-165 kg) due these all differents and car options...

In this movie it was in stock, maybe your chip was not good or your driving style. On my previous car I had full chip from 40 000 km and during 8 years and 400 000 km there were no problems...

I wroted it in the video, unfortunately the currently used dash cam LAMAX used very long filter for writing of the real speed into the video...

Ano, máte pravdu, už od novosti to mělo 162 kW a 440 Nm. A během let jsem přišel i na to, že hodně dělají pneumatiky, v tomto videu tam byly z výroby originál Pirelli P7 Cinturato 225/40R19, už na první pohled vypadají spíš na 205. Když jsem pak koupil Goodyear F1 Grip... pneumatiky, tak i přes to, že byly také 225/40R19, tak bylo ale vidět, že jsou o dost širší a auto s nimi najednou jelo už jen 250 km/h a když tam mám obutí na okruhy: semislicky Extreme VR7 235/35R19 na Speedline discích s šířkou 8,5J, tak potom i při načipování na 500 Nm a 184 kW je s těmito pneu maximálka okolo 245 km/h... A nezapomeňte, že verze kombi a 4x4 jsou automaticky vždycky pomalejší, já mám nízký zadek a náhon pouze předních kol, tyto verze jsou rychlejší, mají menší odpory...

I tried it more times, some time stopped me traffic, o too big hills and small curves. And when you go long time on full gas, then 125° it's normal, and this car keep the oil temp on 126° either on racing circuits, I was in racing mode 4 hours during 1 day. Temperature over 140° is not good, so 125° is OK... And 126° I saw either on 1.6TDi 77kW during check of top speed or on racing circuit...

Tak záleží s čím jezdíte a jaký máte rozpočet, tohle je ukázka schopností auta za necelých 900 000 Kč, které při běžné jízdě jezdí za 4,5 l/100 km i na dálnici při 130 km/h GPS rychlosti, při stále legálním čipnutí s navýšením výkonu do 20% zrychluje z 0-100 za 6 sekund a při vypnutém omezovači se na rovině rozjede v bezvětří i na 270 km/h na GPS. Při tom si dozadu sednou v klidu 2 dospělí a má pořád ještě i 600 l velký kufr... Ukažte mi jiné auto za takovou cenu s takovými výkony a spotřebou...

@@vojtechmesina8271 Výkon máš fajn, taky jsem si to mohl nechat upravit na cca 260 koní a asi 520 Nm, ale plánuju s tím najezdit 400-500 tisíc km, tak jsem to nechtěl tlačit na hranu a šel jsem jen do střední úpravy a mám tam necelých 171 kW a 496 Nm... A až budu mít letní gumy, tak si na jaře udělám opět výlet do Německa, abych to vyzkoušel... Na zimních jsem to na rovině rozkutálel už i na 273 km/h, a šlo by to ještě i o kousek dál, ale kvůli provozu přede mnou jsem musel brzdit...
