Only one cycle was available in my near store, so went without any option 😊 And now in alternate days I am doing 30 - 35 km cycling! Like break for every 10k or 20k or 30k or break for every 30mins or 45 or 60 mins. And also tell me in how much time I should take to complete this ride.. expect a reply from you brother. Am limited to share the answers for ur questions because everything is ur choice Very basic and general tips r Drink water frequently💧 Fuel properly,carry spares tools 60+ kms r good to cover 100kms Still last 40 kms r like testing zones So salipu theriyama Iruka maintain descent amount of pace Tme elam unga choice than 4-5-6 hours la mudikalam even oru naal fullah otalam depends on ur choice BRM nah 7hours la complete pananum After ride drink more water Protein and carbohydrate intake nala edunga warm down panunga bum will accept the Endurance slowly
