Clark's cancel has some juggle limits, I am not sure if it can be done infinitely and about Chin the answer is yes.

There's a 1f input window for extending the punch. The combo as seen here would be utterly impossible for a human being to do, and even tool-assisted it can be rough if the game isn't running perfectly at 60 fps because of the need for so many 1f inputs. It's difficult to even do the 1f input for the extension because there's no obvious visual cue for the timing, so I'm not really sure what the purpose of it even is.

Are this clips taken with tools?

@@ehc7904 I used Hourglass with native Windows XP, It's very tricky to get it to work and very unstable. It doesnt mean this game can be TAS'ed but with some patience recording combos is possible. Recently some people got RPSC3 to work with libTAS(Linux) but it needs to be tested first, maybe next year ps3 games will become TASable.
