01) Kyo: 392 damage. Aims for most damage (without max mode activation or counter hit) starting with 0.5 power gauges and 1000 max gauge.
02) K': 476 damage. Aims for most damage (without max mode activation or counter hit) starting with 1.0 power gauges and 1000 max gauge.
03) King: 620 damage. Aims for most damage (without max mode activation or counter hit) starting with 2.0 power gauges and 1000 max gauge.
04) Yuri: 704 damage. Aims for most damage (without max mode activation or counter hit) starting with 3.0 power gauges and 1000 max gauge.

I disliked Shunei until I read the manga for KOF14. Shunei's a pretty cool character imo. Isla however, I dont have any reason to dislike her just yet. She has a dope design, so yeah. Imo she just good. Not bad, and not great. Just in the middle.

She is pretty used in tournaments , not as much as Kronhen or Kula...but something in the middle....characters who people never use it are Meitenkun, Robert, Andy, Joe, Shun'ei, Ramon, Máxima, Billy Kane and more

Probably due to fear of Kroknen antiairs. He shuts her down from her air gimmick imo and there are LOTS of Kroknens around.
