You have every right to have an issue with the video. Maybe give them some time. They'll save up and improve it with time, I'm sure. They are making a living out of this. I'm sure they'll do better when they are capable of it. :) I do find the technical defaults annoying, but after they start talking and reacting, i kinda forget about the other issues. :D
