Thalia and the Gitrog Monster *_is_* the best band name ever. I was kinda hoping for a Grenzo and someone team-up, but we got my second favorite Fioran instead on the back of a battle. I was also sort of hoping to see a new team up from Kylem (Battlebond) where one team either teamed up with another or perhaps a new team made of orphaned partners comes together. Maybe their compleated partners could show back up as a Phyrexian team! Lastly, what about characters from the UNsets since the last one was semi-legal? Baron von Count of the League of Dastardly Doom and Dr. Jumblemorph! And what about Alexander Clamilton and Franky Peanuts or--and hear me out now, Richard Garfield Ph.D and someone?

Does Vampire Hexmage work with Battles? Just wondering if those numbers are actual counters that can be removed.

Yes! Hexmage can remove the counters. They are called defense counters :)

@@TheManaSource Thank you! I wasn't sure if they were actual counters or not. It's probably not a great combo or anything, but I'm definitely interested in giving it a go with a handful of these.

I've been playing with a selesyna artifact aggro deck with 0 removal spells lately. It got me to mythic. So yeah that selesnya +1 counter deck is real just not as focused on the counters. Yet.

Not a judge, but I don’t think See Double will work with Panoptic Mirror and Arcane Bombardment because it can’t be copied. It should work the same as a card that can’t be countered and something like ward, it doesn’t matter if you post the ward cost because the spell can’t be countered.

yeah it's not complicated, I don't know why he's confused. the spell says it can't be copied. "can't" always wins. both PM and AB say "copy", so it's a pretty straightforward "no".
