This island is probable one of the most beautiful island in Thailand that hasn't been ruined by mass tourism. The island is very underdeveloped compared to other islands in Thailand but thats what makes this island so unique. We are obsessed with Koh Kood and can't wait to go back for a part 2.
Below you will see the following information.
We used 12go.asia/en to book our ticket.
we stayed at escape life: Check out Escape Life Koh Kood on Agoda: agoda.onelink.me/1640755593?pi...

I spent lots of time on Koh kood and loved every second. No life jackets when I was there. Thank you for your great video. I did a six mile swim, visited a military camp by kayak around the bend from sunshine resort opposite Cambodia and had some fun changing the position of equipment including motorbikes and uniforms whilst watching the soldiers on a boat on manœuvres far from shore, met a band of wild moneys, snorkeled down a mangrove to captain kook resort and I played at the reggae club til three in the morning and of course went to fisherman’s village and a great Indian restaurant.You brought me back wonderful Memories thanks 🙏

I really enjoyed looking at the wooden bridges in the video. This wooden bridge, when looking at it, feels close to nature.

I'm not sure which month you've been, but in December to March (winter) you can swim at the water falls and low chance of rains.

was there also some point near the pier where you can rent the motorbikes? it would be super useful, as you wouldn't have to pay 2x taxi fee and go to the hotel right on your scooter/back to the pier when leaving

Is it possible to go to Ko Kood for the day and return back to Bangkok on the same day? In other words Is there a same day return trip option?
@jadeandjason.
@jadeandjason. 11 ай бұрын
Sadly by bus or mini van it wouldn't be possible to do a same day return but if you rent a car or bike it would be more possible to do that😁 Just keep in mind that it's going to be a long day😅

You would have a much better experience if you stayed a few days IMO on Koh Kood; it's a really long journey from Bankok to Trat by road; you then have to catch a 2 hour ferry to the Island. You can fly from Bankok to Trat. By road I think a private hire taxi from Bankok to Trat would work well (and not be too expensive, especially if there are several of you travelling together).

I guess you realised what makes Koh Kood so special (zb compared to Koh Phanghan) and may also that you risk it by an out of control growing mass tourism hype with such youtube videos and titles about. There are just a few islands like that left, so please don't try to hype it for some little KZfaq Euros and enjoy it in private, that it's not destroyed in like 10 years like Koh Chang is! Thanks!
